Jennifer Eckhart, a former associate producer for Fox Business Network, was found dead at her home in Florida at the age of 36.
Police were seen at her home Saturday, and authorities reportedly believe she may have died by suicide, according to TMZ.
Eckhart previously worked as an associate producer for Fox Business Network before leaving the network in 2020.
She later accused Henry of rape and filed a lawsuit against him. Henry denied the allegations and was fired by Fox News six days after they were made public.
Eckhart and Henry eventually reached a settlement in 2024. Her lawsuit against Fox News was dismissed in 2025.
In 2024, Eckhart spoke about the outcome of her legal case and said she hoped it would serve as a source of hope for other survivors of trauma.
She also said at the time that the decisions she made throughout the legal process could help establish a precedent for people who experience sexual assault in the workplace.
A cause of death has not been publicly detailed beyond reports that authorities are investigating it as a suspected suicide.
